Refund Policy
1. Wallet Recharges
Money added to the MyServices Wallet is generally non-refundable. It can only be used to purchase services on the platform.
In exceptional cases (e.g., accidental double payment), a refund request can be made to support@myservices.uno within 24 hours.
2. Service Fees
- Pending Orders: You can request cancellation before the status changes to "Processing". A full refund will be credited to your Wallet.
- Rejected Orders: If the Admin rejects your application due to invalid documents, the fee will be automatically refunded to your Wallet.
- Completed Orders: Once a service is marked as "Completed" and the final document is uploaded, no refund is possible.
3. Processing Time
Wallet refunds are instant. Bank refunds (if applicable) may take 5-7 business days depending on the payment gateway.
